Say I have 2 {Nightscape familiar}s in play, does my {Nichol Bolas, Planeswalker} cost 4 colorless mana less to cast?

Spells that are red and blue are only (1) less to cast per Familiar. Two familiars would make Bolas (2) colorless less to cast.

for better explanation, to get your desired effect it would have to read as red spells cost 1 less and blue spells cost 1 less seperately like {augustine}
