Not really necessary. The Sliver Overlord can fetch any sliver and I have other tutors that can fetch anything else.

As for {No Mercy}, it woud be cool, but the provoke sliver and the sheer speed of the deck, allows me to have pretty much uncontested control of the field.

I really like some of these suggestions though, so keep it coming.

Although his cost may make him a bit slow, {Garruk, Caller of Beasts} has always helped in my Sliver decks. His searching creature drawing each turn speeds the deck up.
