Ah. I play a eladrin wizard in a 4e game, but I don't know 4e psionics.

They're in players handbook 3 and Psionic Power


I've always loved psionics. I've only ever built one non Psionic character, ever, and he was a Ranger who dual wielded Halberds... Lol


I've basically finished him now, and I'll be posting his level one stats shortly

Yes I can. Power points are only used for Augmentable attacks, which World slipping advances is my only one. I can still use it, but augments add modifiers or special abilities which I can't use yet

My racial power is Shadow Jaunt. It's an encounter power that takes my move action, and it teleports me 3 squares and I'm insubstantial until the start of my next turn

The only part that's kinda flubbed is the "my weapon is also my implement" thing. Technically that's not allowed, (I don't think?) but I have to have an implement, and the only thing of Ouroboros' I have is himself as my sword


I have yet to actually play a campaign with this character, so it will depend on my DM/GM if he/she will allow that. If not, I'll have Ouroboros give him a necklace or ring that can be my implement


Later on my other flub is that at level 19, Ouroboros changes from a Magic Weapon enchantment automatically to the Space Bending Weapon (Adventurers Vault #2). Which gives the ability once per day to bend reality and hit a foe from a long distance away as if they were melee weapon feet apart, I'm hoping my DM /GM does that too

Also Ouroboros isn't in 4e, he's only found in 3.5 (no idea what book), but it's no biggie because worshipping him doesn't actually grant any powers, so if anything I'm nerfing myself there
