I was think of adding 2 more arrest to the main deck. Any ideas what to replace?

Well you have 1 in Main deck already
3 in main is just silly because it gives your strategy and sideboard away
Probably cut a launch the fleets
Way to much mana curve

I find that 9 times out of 10, I'd rather have {Pacifism} than {Arrest}. Also, have you considered running {Path of Bravery} over {Spear of Heliod}
