If I run two adaptive automan with two different creature types (I.e humans and knights) will that creature get both of the effects giving it +2/+2 or no? I ask because not all of my creatures are knights.

If you have an automaton naming human and one naming knight, then all human knights you control will get +2/+2. Fun

Since it's two different abilities, sure, if they have both creature types.
