Which legacy deck and why?

Interested in legacy after a season of standard.. Unfortunately I won't be home brewing a Lego deck.

When at a shop I was told to check out miracles; when I asked which would be a fun playful deck, death and taxes was mentioned.

What legacy deck have you chosen to assemble? Why that deck over the others.

So trying to figure out a deck that will be fun and not impossible to assemble over time.

I think one of the cheapest is RDW.  It's mono so no expensive duals.  Your most expensive lands will be {wasteland}.   But if you are looking for something really good check out Canadian Threshold.

Decks I have:
Miracles
Jund
UWR Delver
RUG Delver

I play Miracles and Jund because they're both well positioned at the moment. I personally think that Miracles is the "best" deck, but it can be difficult to pilot well.

Does your local store allow proxies? Would be a nice way to try out a couple of decks, and even if the store doesn't allow proxies, people there probably wouldn't mind playing you for practice and such.

Remillo

Burn, Manaless Dredge and Oops! are probably the cheapest ones you can build.  But since this is a format that stays relatively the same with a few new additions each year, here's what I'll recommend, since I have no idea of your card pool or budget:
Make a list of decks that you might be interested in playing, then proxy them out.  Then just start playing with all of them at your shop with other people.  Decide on the one you enjoy playing the most, then focus on building that deck and learning it inside and out.  I know people that have played basically the same deck for five or more years and know them inside and out.  In a format like legacy, that's the kind of familiarity you want with your decks.

I play Manaless Dredge and Elves
Dredge because it's the cheapest due to the fact that you don't need the expensive duels and elves because millions of elves is silly

Manaless dredge is the cheapest that is still tier 1.
I have Manaless dredge
U w miracles
Esper stone blade.

Would you prefer a combo deck or a normal deck?
I would prefer a combo deck or a multi function deck good removal and progressive action.

My preference is Ana Delver control, but mega expensive :/

I'm currently building two legacy decks. Firstly I'm building Elves because I love tribal decks, elves are my favourite tribe, I'm a fan of combo and I already have a few of the more expensive cards required for this deck. The second one I'm building is manaless dredge because as your mana base is usually the most expensive part of your deck, this problem is bypassed. Plus I like combo and anything that utilises resources besides your library.

Merfolk... Why? Because I have modern merfolk. 90% the same. All I need to finish is one true-name. Debating on the FoW's though. Yes call me a heretic.

Second is Rogue Hermit. Extremely glass cannon, but has the second best percentage of going off turn 1, next to Spanish Inquisition. Decently cheap too for a Legacy deck, depending on whether you build with  {Lion's Eye Diamond} or not...

In modern I run 8 rack, storm and living end. In pauper I run izzet blitz, Affinity and infect. None of them are stock standard lists though. I've got my own interpretation of all of them.
