Dual land with pro stamps

Hi guys can u use a dual land in a tournament if it has a pro tour stamp? I don't see why u shouldn't just want to ask before I get one. Thanks.

As long as it has the same name as a card legal in that format and an official MtG back and can't be destinguished from other cards in your deck you should be okay.  Autographs etc are okay as long as the card can still be read.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about a Promo and yes they are allowed in tournaments.
