On a separate note. Why is every thread turning into a fight???!!!

Like come on guys this is the imtg COMMUNITY!!!! COMMUNITY!!!! We are all her bc we all love this awesome game so instead of random ass bickering over what thread it was posted in let's post stuff like combos or something funny that happened at FNM last week!!

Like seriously guys this community needs to grow up. New members aren't feeling welcome like wtf guys we were all new at some point so lets help these guys out instead of dragging them down. Instead of bashing their combo tell them (politely) that it doesn't work unless you add {Insert Card Name Here} into it!

Back on topic:

I love Venser! Picked up a duel decks version and threw him in my {Sen Triplets} edh. Such a political card. With his +, I had detention sphere out. This allowed me to be political in what I targeted after pseudo-flickering. After using {Desertion} to get my friend's {Sepulcheral Primordial}, I had enough creatures to defend Venser so he could ultimate, and boy was it glorious. By this point there was just one opponent left (I'd drawn into a {Magister Sphinx} and grabbed another off of the primordial, and someone else had brought a final opponent to 10 with their own sphinx earlier) after I'd done {Debt to the Deathless} for 5 and wiped the board. With one opponent board less at 9 life and me now at 40, I used Venser's beautiful emblem to exile most of his lands (my last opponent was playing {Nekusar} and thus allowd me to draw into tons of spells to use off of Venser's emblem.  To end the game I exiled most of his lands and extorted him to death.

Tl;dr: Venser is awesome.
