Who doesn't like cleavage? Lol sorry just saying :P

What makes me tick is when a guy yells judge after anything. This didnt happen to me but I was at a tourney and a guy said he'd tap {Godless shrine} for {B} .. Wait no ill tap for {W} and his opponent yelled judge ... People to often forget that IT'S A GAME MEANT TO BE ENJOYED!!!
Have I told you guys about the time my friend called judge for a pen to sign the match slip? He was almost DQ'd..

Lol explain

that's pretty much it. He called judge. Ivan sent over a guy who was shadowing to see if he could figure it out. That guy called Ivan over, who said "seriously. You're expected to have everything you need for your match, which includes paper and pen. Next time, there will be bigger repercussions".

If anyone lives in San Francisco area, give me a heads up and hopefully you can come to an fnm with me!

Yes it is a game. But once you get to a big tournament money is involved. Then it becomes more then just a game.

But what if one doesn't tap the land yet?? Can he still decide what to tap it for???
Is it considered tapped as soon as you touch it, or announce ability

It is considered tapped as soon as it is turned sideways at a 90 degree angle.  At that time you announce for what color, and that is it.  No takebacksies
I wish that was part of the ruling.

Rule 109.53a: "a land is declared tapped when it is 90° from its controller. There are no takesbacksies".

Riffle shufflers, especially when they commit that horrible crime on MY cards, if I offer you my deck to cut and you riffle shuffle it instead, that's asking for a punch in the throat

People at my LGS ask if they can riffle shuffle which is nice :)

DylanW18

I believe the official rules of cutting state they have all rights to rifle shuffle. That's like saying it irks you when a player draws a card, it's just part of the game ;p

But if rifle-ing isn't allowed please correct me and I'll delete this post :)

On another note, what irks me is when players play with their lands in front on nonlands... Most confusing and convoluted blocking phases ever

Mattao19

What grinds my gears (and tbh I shouldn't be upset with it bc it's their right and the smart thing to do but I'm a fan of courtesy lol)

I hate when they {Thoughtseize} {Duress} me and I say that ill play open. They say ok thanks. Then I {Thoughtseize} them and they don't do the same to me!

I know I know they aren't supposed to but come on it's a bloody FNM!!

TreeSmoker

I now hate it when you ask your lgs owner about something you are not sure about and he just gives you a complete 8=D answer assuming you already knew your own answer. If you knew the answer why even ask the question?
It happened to me yesterday and kind of makes me want to go to a different store..

I only net decked once and regretted it. What really gets me going with magic is when someone is like "Yeah I haven't lost in two weeks" and then they win. I also build all my decks and have a good time of it. What really ticks me off is when someone is sitting across the table with their legacy deck UNSLEEVED! I also get ticked off when someone asks to play my deck and I ask which one  and the response I get is "that aggroey one". Most of my decks are aggro.

I never use sleeves. Ever.

May I ask why?

It's extra money that I don't need to spend. They make my deck huge and slippery. (minds out of the gutters, y'all.) And if I want to keep the cards in decent condition, I'll just play on a clean table with clean hands.
