Notes:
Updated from last build

Remillo

Well, sadly, a lot of your stuff is going to rotate.  Until rotation, tough, I'd recommend cutting the Boros Reckoners and a land for a set of {Chandra's Phoenix}.  The card is really good in burn decks because it just provides constant pressure, even through board wipes.

MuggyWuggy

I just have 3 reckoners and no Chandra's
Trying really hard to not buy any cards that will rotate.

Really wanna use those bastards since I got them at their height.

Mainly any suggestions from theros block are welcomed, everything else from current RDW/boros burn I have in the deck already.

Remillo

Well, Theros didn't offer us too much in the way of Burn.  We have Lightning Strike, Magma Jet and Magma Spray, but we'll be losing power tools like Boros Charm and Skullcrack.  Cards from Theros seem to lend themselves more to RDW using a Sligh strategy or Heroic.  Firedrinker Satyr, Akroan Crusader and even Prophetic Flamespeaked help this out.

Actually, Prophetic Flamespeaker could work in the build you have now.  You have enough burn and removal that it can usually just say 'attack and draw two cards'.

I have a decklist posted if you want, its called R/Wburn

#5
So I put this deck together last night (precious build)

Took out:
4 young pyros :
Won me a game, but most of the time I was waiting on them, Ill keep the gutter snipes instead
1 searing blood - most of the meta is control or burn; so I found myself have these in my hand with no usage, instead missing a valuable turn for some damage since I had no proper target

2 satyr Firedancer - loves them, but they weren't really hitting the field too fast, and usually only needed them for removal of creatures; which my meta really wasn't having much of.

Fated conflagration - can't damage a player don't really care about PWs as I'd rather not let the game get that late

Added:

Brimaz: love him

Blind obedience: took this from another guy at my lgs...why not boros charm for 5 damage and one life?

Plus stops haste :)

Dictate of the twin gods: finisher

Flamespeaker Prophet: with my low curve, he will help draw towards end, only a 1 of currently to test waters, don't want to be stuck with two of him on the battlefield not making contact for his ability

With UW being so good, you're going to need more skull cracks. Also, with monsters being big, and desecration demon also being huge, you'll probably need 1 more chained to the rocks.

In my meta I found 3ctrs was fine for Mb, I can switch up to banishing light/reprisal if they are large bomb heavy

Skullcrack I love it yes, but first: traded all of mine away and lgs only had 1

Not sure what else to cut for another crack, maybe take out an Aurelia fury. Ended up with both copies in my hand early game with no mana...

{Toil // Trouble} is a card I'm looking at also, I can easily splash blood crypts for 1 or 2 of them,  the trouble is a nasty combo if you skullcrack them as they sphinx rev, then trouble them

MuggyWuggy

Also it seems in my current meta : monsters and AZ control are a thing of the past since JOU was released

Burn is heavy

Mono black is now golgari

Seeing a lot of BUG also
