Abrupt decay price speculation

I was wondering what people think the price of {Abrupt Decay} will go up to?

15-20$ down the road, prob dipping a little at rotation. Hard to say, it's heavily used in both modern and legacy

Now is the time to buy/trade for them (well, actually about 6 months ago), but they will only go up.
