Create a Commander.

So I was thinking about my favorite play styles and game plans in EDH, and it occurred to me that a lot of times I don't feel like there's a commander that fits the deck I want to play. I would like to see if other people feel the same way, and what your ideas are for a new commander that fits a clear and definitive game plan that you like to play.

I'll start, I really like +1/+1 counters, and even though there are some commanders that work, I think there could be a better one.
{2}{B}{U}{G} Mystill, Mad Scientist

Legendary Creature - Wizard

When Mystill, Mad Scientist enters the battlefield put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

When a creature you control dies, distribute a number of +1/+1 counters equal to it's power among any number of creatures you control.

Remove three +1/+1 counters from each creature you control: target opponent loses life equal to the number of +1/+1 counters removed this way; or draw a card for each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it; or place two -1/-1 counters on each creature target opponent controls.

I thought the same thing lol and I play EDH.

{Kaalia of the Vast} but change the ability to bring creatures back from the graveyard or put it in play from your hand. and make her cost more to make up for the change.

this is super sweet. Doesn't belong at 3 mana though. Also should search for a basic land.

Yeah I thought having you just search for a forest and the all colored mana cost nerf it up.  Maybe 4 mana, and only gain 2 life, and search for basic land?
