How do {Godhead of Awe} and {Gideon Jura} interact

Well, they usually hang out once in a while, although I think Gideon is still annoyed with how Godhead treated his sister.   

Oh, you mean in game terms.  Well, basically, if Godhead is in play when Gideon's third ability is activated, he will become "a 1/1 Human Soldier creature that's still a planeswalker. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to him this turn."
