Buy if that's one of the better cards, this set is kind of a dissapointment...
...for you. The set seems pretty awesome so far to me. I really like Mr. Blinkly and having {Clockwork Librarian} is pretty cool, he will go straight into my Peasant cube.

This set looks like so much fun, I am excite

A guy who blinks and returns under your control is pretty wicked, you can permanently steal creatures with an act of treason

he says return them under their owner's control, so this doesn't work. if you blink a stolen creature it will return on their side.

" There are sixty-five new cards in Conspiracy. Fifty-two of the new cards will be legal in Legacy and Vintage; thirteen cards will not."

As for EDH, it will depend on what the independent council who make the rules for EDH says (http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php)
There rule thus far is, "Commander is played with vintage legal cards, with some exceptions." So.....?

Falcon182

The non vintage and legacy legal cards are probably ones that reference draft, like the cog work librarian.
