Nope.  Same sort of thing with the Traumatize.  Malignus' power is constantly updated, so if your opponent is at 20, it'll be a 10/10.  You attack, deal First Strike damage and your opponent goes to 10.  Now Malignus is a 5/5 by the time it deals normal combat damage.  If you have two Maligni, though, they deal damage at the same time in combat, wiping out the opponent's life total.
