I was going to go {U}/ {G} Sage of hours turbo fog with {Azor's Elecutors} as the win con. I get like four turns off of the sage then win after passing through them

idk about really good. its functionally a {city of brass}, which is fine, but the modern masters reprint is around 5 dollars. thats where i see this when the hype dies down.

Your off but just by a bit.
City of Brass has several reprints and is not standard playable.
I see this being a 13-15$ card while standard and a 10$ card post rotation.

Lack of reprints further down the road have the potential to drive up the price though

See, the city is a triggered ability whenever it's tapped. This is an additional coat. So you don't take damage when someone uses something else to tap it but you can't {Stifle} (etc) this one.
