DOTP 2015 released for only these systems

I saw on Tumblr, today, that the next DOTP 2015 will only be for XBox 360, XBox One, PC, iPad and Android. There is no mention of it coming to PS3/PS4? Any ideas why? Personally, I think this is a crock, and as. Playstation gamer, I find that this is a shame and disgrace, as well as a foolish, short-sided business decision. Your thoughts?

...and a trailer that actually shows some information besides the fact that Garruk is in it and is all greyed out instead of green.  Y'know, the info we kinda already knew.

Yes, it has been announced for iPad, but it will only work on newer devices (iPad Mini 2+), I suspect.
