Just use banding. Confuse everyone, like the 30 different cliffhangers they leave with every story simultaneously. That'll be close enough to the show :3

Also, you'd probably need multiple decks to do the show, do a snow deck for The Wall/Wildlings

Lannisters could use a lot of defenders/nobles/rogues/spies as they stay holed up in the Red Keep. But also token generation for their armies.
