Are you able to bestow an enchantment creature with bestow once it is on the battlefield?

Are you asking if Enchantment Creatures with Bestow can be bestowed by other bestow cards? That's a yes

If you're asking if you may pay the bestow cost of a bestow creature once it's already a creature, in order to enchant another creature, the answer is no. The bestow is an alternative cost and cannot be used at any other time
