So if on the field there is  {Phenax, God of Deception},  {Desecration Demon},
{Tidebinder Mage}, and  {Cloudfin Raptor}, you've activated phenax

Also hybrid cards only count for 1 towards the total

{nightveil spector} counts as 3 blue and 3 black, but when counting towards a single god it counts as only 3 total.

Not meaning to get off track but I think a common mislead with devotion
Is people think you need 7 blue and 7 black devotion seperately,
So they want the mixed mana cards such as {Nightveil specter} to be
3 blue and 3 black, but get confused as to it only counting for one color as 3 blue OR 3 black
As it needs to only total 7 collectively it wouldnt matter what color it is devoted to.

I just hoping since it is blue and black, that it would count for both....just wanted clarification in rules to be sure. Hope and dreams shot down quickly lol!!!

In short, it does count for both, for a total of three.
