I say stifle is definitely SB, as well as SB one of the swords. Still leaves you 6 over D:

Maybe cut down one top and one brainstorm. You should get one of them ever ten cards. Unless you need them in t1 or t2.

First off I think this deck needs to run 23 lands minimum even at 60 card deck.  Otherwise you will be playing your four drops and using {celestial colonnade} late game. Another reason to bump your land is that an opponent running {wasteland} and {stifle} will ruin your day and you will be lucky to cast your 2-3 drops.

Fixed my mana base.

So... Get rid of the miracles half and just go stone blade?  The only decks in my meta are stone blade...

Then go straight miracle with a stone blade sideboard. Pretty fun to transform your deck after game one.

Looks pretty good. You probably won't need 3 Karakas though. Obviously tundra > hallowed fountain but the savings is undeniable.

I think you may find that you need some of your sideboard for hate cards. Specifically grave hate since some of the other stuff is redundant. But it'll depend on your meta what you put in those extra few spots. Supreme verdict d sphere are good too.

If your playing 2 decks your playing no decks.

You can play countertop-miracles or stoneblade.

Mixing the 2 will hurt. I'd cut colonnades. More wasteland.

If you go balance you will need something to fetch for your top.  Mainly e tutor is used. More thoughts later.

E tutor doesn't see a whole lot of play. Most of the top decks are just playing more cantrips
