Ral, Izzet stormcaster
{R}{R}{U}{U}{2}
Legendary creature- stormcaster
Whenever an instant or sorcery you control deals damage, chose one: CARDNAME deals 3 damage to target creature or player, or you draw 3 cards.
If an instant or sorcery you control would deal damage, it deals twice that damage instead.
Whenever CARDNAME deals noncombat damage to a creature or player, flip a coin. If you win, you get an extra turn after this one. Do this on a turn only after an opponents.
