Rumors of a ghost start spreading around a small town in Ireland. The populace becomes scared, so in an attempt to settle everybody down the priest calls for a town meeting at the church.

The town gathers at the church and the priest takes the alter. He says to the people, "There are a lot of rumors going around town about a ghost. Well, before we begin to believe such talk I have a few questions for you all. Who here actually believes in ghosts?" About 90% of the town raise their hands.

"Ok... Who here has seen a ghost?" About 50% of the town raises their hands.

"Quite a few of you. Who here has talked to a ghost?" Only about fifteen of the people raise their hands.

"Interesting. Well, how many of you have touched a ghost?" Only three people raise their hand.

"Only a couple, huh? Well, how many of you have made love to a ghost?" Only a single elderly man in the back of the church raises his hand. In shock the priest tells him, "Sir, please do come up to the alter and share your experience." The old man very slowly hobbles his way up to the alter. The priests again asks him, "Will you please share your story about the time you made love to a ghost?" The elderly man looks up at him confused, "Ghost? I thought you said Goat!"
