Corpse hauler and xathrid necromancer

I wanted to know if sacrificing  {Corpse Hauler} does it count dies for  {Xathrid Necromancer}

Dying is the act of a creature hitting the graveyard from fhe field. Sacrificing does just that. It counts as dyingz
