Do not call a deck a turn 5 win! Just because you are capable of it, doesn't mean you will get it.
Most decks in Modern are capable of winning turn 5, but unless your opponent gets totally mana screwed or is just an idiot, you will never just get to do whatever you want.

It does almost every game. I play a similar build. It consistently wins on t5 or it doesn't. Thats kind of how it works
