We'll definately see one from Return to Ravnica. That's their MO. I Doubt they will have any complete cycles, probably single cards from different cycles. Like a Hideaway land. A Man-land from Zen maybe?

Yes!  Quite good!  The cheapest a foil is showing up through TCGPlayer is ~$35.
