{Cavern of Souls} only makes one creature type uncounterable if you cast it with mana from that land. Nykthos is capable of insane mana ramp in any color. The card will be played by every mono color (and maybe some two color) commander deck, sees a lot of play in standard, is starting to see play in modern and may even make a splash in legacy. I can honestly see it hitting $20 or more in a few years.
