Phenax not showing in potential trade

{Phenax, God of Deception} will not show up in potential trade. I have tried removing the card from my needed folder and putting it back in. I have verified the card is being offered on the persons private page, and that I have a card they need.

Did you try searching for the person in potential trades?

Yes. It will show other potential trades from that person, just not Phenax
