Modified Pauper's Tournament

Anyone in the San Antonio, TX area pay heed:

This Sunday at Gamelot, we will be doing a Modified Pauper's Tournament. Here are the rules:
1. Casual decks.
2. You have 30 minutes to build a deck out of the commons and uncommons in the store boxes.
3. After that, you duke it out tournament style.
4. Buy in is 5$, the more people that play the more packs go to top 3-8.
5. You can buy the deck afterwards for 5$ if you want.
6. Everyone gets a participation foil chosen randomly from the foil box.

That's not true pauper. Pauper is all commons. Peasant is another casual format, which is all commons with up to 5 uncommons
