Red highlighted cards in deck builder?

Sorry if this is documented somewhere, but I searched and couldn't find an answer. Sometimes when I'm editing a deck, some card names will turn red. I initially thought it was to show what was selected, or recently selected, but after testing that out, it's not the case. Sometimes it seems random, sometimes it follows what I click. Can anybody explain?

It shows in red the cards which are not legal in Format selected for the deck.

Well I guess it's a little buggy. My deck is set to modern, but it shows {phyrexian obliterator} and {bloodghast} in red. And also all my BNG cards, but that I just assume is because their new

I've found it highlights some of the wrong cards too.

Also in EDH {Kokusho, the Evening Star} is red even if it is not a commander.

Also, if there are banned cards in a deck, it will highlight non banned cards as well as the banned ones

So every card that's flagged in red but is not really banned we have to mail someone about? There are so many of them! Most my decks are modern and almost all of them have multiple wrong flags . Barren Moor, Geralf's Messenger etc
