Think this deck has enough aggro to really catch people with their pants down when limited resources makes the board. Aggro may be a slight concern, and obviously dredge can be somewhat an issue if you're not careful game 1. But post side board I believe this deck doesn't have many terrible matchups besides maybe mono red?

In regards I your sideboard, if you sub in those spells that exile graveyards it will make your creatures incredibly weak. You may need to look for something like {acidic slime} for a creature base then?

He has Tormods and Leyline in there for dredge defense.  I like the leyline against dredge but I find {graffdiggers cage} also great against dredge.

I agree!  Use the cage so you don't nerf your own creatures.

Edit: forget what I said about Leyline, I keep forgetting it only affects your opponents.   :-X

I so board is obviously flexible depending on your current meta. But how's the main deck look?

cltrn81

Looks like an effective LD deck for sure.  The {limited resources} looks like it can cripple people mid to late game when you destroy all their land then flood the board with your own land.  A suggestion would be {Trinisphere} it is awesome defense against {force of will}.  I also wonder how this deck does against RDW?  A good burn deck does not need a lot of mana to win and they have artifact hate to take care of Trinisphere and what not.

Lachrymology

Agreed. Red is a bit of concern. Trinisphere a maybe.id rather sphere. Sometimes one is more than enough.

You don't see those too often in Legacy and Vintage.  *not sarcasm lol

I do have a deck called Artifact Swarm that is budget friendlyish.  I will post it in Legacy discussion.

Lachrymology

Assuming you're not using beta everything this deck is pretty budget compared to the two eternal formats. Pretty difficult to be competitive in that format with a collection worth 800 bucks and mainly consisting of shoe box commons and block rotating hot for a year cards. Dlands were 15-20 dollars white bordered for a VERY long time. Not my fault they are what they are now. If you want to build budget in legacy/vintage it starts with your mana base. Easier it is, cheaper your deck to build. Solid mono blue only needs money in FoW. red what wasteland? White ? Nothing. Mbc? Again wasteland, sinkhole. There are options.
