and why are you running {elixir of immortality} in a red deck mainboard. is mill that heavy in your meta. also 4x {everflame eiodolan} 4x {rakdos cackler} and if you can afford it 4x {boros reckoner}. maybe a {purphoros, god of the forge} or a few {fanatic of mogis} as finishers.

{Rageblood shaman} only effects other rageblood shamans and the {Minotaur Skullcleavers} which makes it almost useless

i would say +4 {chandra's phoenix}
-4 {minotaur skullcleaver}. with flying the phoenix will be able to get in more, and if they have a blocker, for the minotaur he wont trample over for any.
