commander question again

im using {Merieke Ri Berit} as commander and shes on field, gaining control of opponents commander in play {Lord of Tresserhorn}, attacking my opponent with his/her own commander, does it deal commander damage too? i guess, yes, cuz its a commander (correct me if im wrong)

Yes but commander totals are kept separate from each other.

104.3j: In a Commander game, a player that's been dealt 21 or more combat damage by the same commander over the course of the game loses the game. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704. Also see rule 903.14.)

It deals commander damage yes but you need to make it 21. if you control any commander it will deal commander damage:)
And 21 is so much easier to get then 40
