Panopticon's effects:
When you planeswalk to Panopticon, draw a card.
At the beginning of your draw step, draw an additional card.
Whenever you roll chaos, draw a card.

No one draws a card because of planeswalking to it, because we just start on it.

I guess I will start our turn cycle. UT, UK, skip draw. (I'm sad.)

Tap The Harvester to draw and discard {Harvester of Souls}. And the card I drew makes this hand freaking stupid.

I don't want to roll the planar die, as I like the benefit of drawing more cards during my draw step. So I'll just play a {Godless Shrine} tapped and a Terramorphic Expanse, cracking it for a {Swamp} tapped.
