 {Blood Moon}
How would it effect these lands?
{Jwar Isle Refuge}
{Dimir Aqueduct}

For jwar wouldn't it enter tapped, gain one life and be a mountain?

And then for aqueduct it would enter tapped and have to return a land and then be a mountain?

From Blood Moon's rulings:

6/7/2013   If a nonbasic land has an ability that causes it to enter the battlefield tapped, that ability will still function. For example, if Blood Crypt is entering the battlefield, its controller may pay 2 life to have it enter untapped. Regardless of this choice, it will be only a Mountain and not a Swamp.

Although Llama, on the other portion, you are incorrect.. Sorry bud.

{Dimir Aqueduct}'s bounce ability would not go through, as it requires the land to be Dimir Aqueduct on the battlefield. Blood Moon would make it a mountain and would lose it's ability once it becomes a mountain, which is before the ability would trigger.

Fusty is correct in the statement amount blood moon and I am actually shocked nobody quotes the official rules while in the rules forum

611.3c: Continuous effects that modify characteristics of permanents do so simultaneously with the permanent entering the battlefield. They don't wait until the permanent is on the battlefield and then change it. Because such effects apply as the permanent enters the battlefield, they are applied before determining whether the permanent will cause an ability to trigger when it enters the battlefield.
Example: A permanent with the static ability "All white creatures get +1/+1" is on the battlefield. A creature spell that would normally create a 1/1 white creature instead creates a 2/2 white creature. The creature doesn't enter the battlefield as 1/1 and then change to 2/2.

I had a hard time finding a relevant ruling to back my position. BUT I did find a page that explains it rather well.

It's a little confusing to wrap your head around, but I dealt with this ruling recently. So I've kinda got it down.
