How does sen triplet work with {mycosynt lattice} sine. It says spend mana as if it were any color for playing there spells? Also is there a card that gives you a upkeep before or after an opponents?

1. I'm rather positive on this. You cannot create mana of another color, but the lattice only allows spending "as though"  it were any color. So you could cast spells of any color regardless of the Triplets' colors as your commander. Hope that answers your first question.

2. As upkeep is a specific step of a turn, I don't think there are any cards that would give you the trigger you are seeking. You are welcome to do a text search of the database, but I came up with nothing myself! Great idea though. :)

Thanks that's how I interpreted it also and wanted a second opinion

You cannot have cards in your deck that are not color-identified with your commander. So no spells that contain red or green since you are using  {Sen Triplets}

Edit: never mind. I completely read the triplets wrong.

For the  {Mycosynth Lattice} question: you cannot have mana in your mana pool outside of your commander's color identity. In this case, {R} and {G}. So you can tap say  {Thran Dynamo} and use that to produce {W}{U}{B}, but no red or green for you.

So with  {Sen Triplets} ability, and you get someone's hand from a  {Ruric Thar, the Unbowed} deck, you would have trouble casting any of those cards.

Incorrect.

True, you cannot generate mana out of your commander's colours, but {Mycosynth Lattice} allows you to spend mana as though it were of any colour.

So in the case of {Thran Dynamo}, you would generate {3}, but you can spend it as whatever colour you like.

Exactly the clarification I was trying to make. Thank you!

To simplify it to where nothing must be cleared up, and answer the question in one line: functionally you can cast whatever youd like. Ignoring the reasons and rulings, what you need to know is you have free reign to cast whatever as long as the lattice is out
