Yeah, you all know the magic movie is currently in the works, yeah?  Like wiZards is working with fox studios?

I have high hopes and great apprehension. I saw the Dubgeons and Dragons movie. ....Shudder...

There are so many good stories...I would lose my mind if they did the brothers war (urza and mishra, from alpha, antiquities, etc. I would be very very interested if they did the weather lite saga (weather light through invasion block, mostly).

I expect it will be a mediocre avengers rip off though, where they introduce the current five "core set planeswalkers" and have them overcome their differences to team up and fight Loki.... I mean nichol bolas. That way they can drumb up sales of current sets and they don't have to work hard on the script! Yay? :/

The invasion would be the perfect place to start. Then they could do a prequel for the brothers war. Kinda like LotR and hobbit. As long as they don't try to cram the too much of the story into one movie.

Ill be honest if I picture the phyrexians I see like a human that had insect wings sewn to it and his legs replaced, and generally has this "kill me" attitude that it just overwhelmed by the mob mentality of phyrexians. They should go all out, but since they wanna make it a series I can almost gaurntee they are going to do the five planeswalkers. (If they make them work together ill be sick)

/end rant

They already have the movie in filming, but I'm prepared to bet they aren't going off the books.

Oh dang really! Hmmm I wonder who is directing it...

All in favour of Joss Whedon?
