Would Ethereal Armor get a +1/+1 for an enchantment creature that is on the board as a creature? {Ethereal Armor}

If you are talking a card like {Eidolon of Countless Battles}, then yes, because an enchantment creature counts as both an enchantment and a creature when on the battlefield.
