I'm brand new to magic. This is actually my first deck I have built. Not sure what mods means?  Please explain.

Besides that's as your first deck I don't see much of a problem unless you want to use
The very expensive cards. One thig I would think about is maybe cutting {Angel of Serenity} because the mana cost is a bit high and adding two lands because 21 is a bit low
