it doesn't fizzle, but you just search through your whole deck, don't find anything, and put the deck back.

so you cast the sorcery, there are no other sorceries in your library, so you end up exiling your entire library with  {Possibility Storm}. Since you revealed no other sorceries, you would place all cards exiled with possibility on the bottom of your library in a random order, essentially shuffling your library.
