Gotta question - Is it legal to have two planeswalkers in play at the same time/in the same deck? Example: Iliana vess and Iliana of the Dark Relms. I know that planeswalkers follow legendary creatures rules when deck building but is it based on card title or creature type? Thanks

306.4. If a player controls two or more planeswalkers that share a planeswalker type, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "planeswalker uniqueness rule." See rule 704.

Therefore, you cannot have two planeswalkers with type -Liliana under your control at the same time.

Planeswalkers follow the planeswalker uniqueness rule, not the Legendary rule.
Planeswalkers care about card type, Legendaries care about card Name.

If you're wondering for EDH you can have different copies of the "same" planeswalkers as long as they are not the same two cards in your library but as mentioned above PW's follow the uniqueness rule where you must sacrifice one of them if you place two of the same planeswalkers type into play.
