Casually, yes.  Not competitively.  If it worked good, people would play it and make it cost more.

I just want a base to build off of
Rdw are as budget as they come in terms of modern. As you get more into it, you can add dual lands(which will increase the price) along with {lightning helix}'s and {boros charms}. The only expensive things that are must are {vexing devils} and {goblin guides}. Other than that, it's pretty cheap. I added 2 {chandra pyromaster}, but that's a preference card.

Seeings that I'm weak at deck building I'm you guys and gals for help picking and choosing cards ( strong from the weak) 😀

Do you mean from the cards you have? Or what exactly?

in all honesty if u want a deck from those cards u might have to make the deck without help first and post what u make and get help changing what u have. on a sepreate note if it is not tier 1 people might want it moved to casual. i have been asked to move a few of mine. imo people should stop useing tier 1 decks or any net decks and just build homebrew decks i feel modern has become a format where whoever spends the most money on thier net deck will win.
as for cards any large green or black creature on your list + pawn of ulmog and your eldrazi and the umbras would be what i would use

I agree completely with what you said right there. I try to make cheaper modern decks for those who are just starting out. See what they like and then move on from there

It's not necessarily net decks as much as competitive decks. Home brews are encouraged and applauded, if the work and have synergy. The reason many modern decks are similar, like splinter twins and pod, is because they work. I could careless if someone net decks. If it works, it don't need fixin'.
