My friend and I finished my derevi deck, now we want to start another one (we really like working together) we are split between {jeleva, nephalias scourge} and {wrexial, the risen deep}. Suggestions? (I apologize if I butchered those names I don't have the cards next to me)

Jeleva decks are very inconsistent

BUT! When they do work, they are explosive and near impossible to come back from

Alright I can see where your coming from is the common wrexial to run a bit of mill but go for beat damage?

I've never seen him used as a General. I'd recommend {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker}, {Circu, Dimir Lobatomist} or {Oona, Queen of the Fae} as a mill general though. Wrexial just doesn't seem that strong to be honest.

Oona + Infinite Mana lol

Well he's basically unblockable in my playgroup and I wouldn't be attempting to win through mill I'm using mill to help make his ability more useful.

Eh, it's still dependent on an opponent's deck, you might not be milling useful stuff. If he's an unblockable kind of commander though maybe go for a Voltron focus? Then at the very least you have a consistent win tactic, and then he has a little added bonus.

You can always run {Spreading Seas}/{Contaminated Ground} type cards also to make sure he's unblockable. They seem decent in EDH anyways, nullifying manlands, screwing up manabases, and shutting down any other sort of utility land.
