You could try precache-ing music from soundcloud for offline use. Its not piracy if you do it that way.Other than buying through iTunes, its one of the ways to ot pirate while getting to listen to music. Cause some apps allow you to download "free" music to store for offline use.

I just use spotlight for my music, but if you want to go full pirate mode, you can diwnload a free mp3 app and get music from mp3skull or something.
