I'm very confuzzled now.

Can I untap an already untapped permanent? Likewise, can I tap an already tapped permanent?

This is in the context of Heroic and {Hidden Strings}.

Lets say I have {Fabled Hero} that is already untapped. Can I choose to untap it with {Hidden Strings} once and untap another permanent (a land perhaps), activating Fabled Hero's Heroic trigger?

What about {Glimps the Sun God}? Can I use it to tap the attacking creatures (e.g Heroic dudes) before blockers are dealt activating Heroic for the ones I tapped?

Yes, you can target tapped creatures with {glimpse the sun god} to trigger heroic. This works best after you've declared attackers before blocks.

You can also target an untapped creature with {hidden strings to get the heroic trigger.  However, if the untapped creature you are targeting has inspired, inspired will not trigger again.
