I want to use the old school elder dragons to make a deck

I mentioned him in another post, but I love {Chromium}. He doesn't really hold in today's standard of cards but he's still cool. That's my favourite EDH colours, too!

Make it a 5-color commander deck with {Scion of the Ur-Dragon} and the wedge dragons too.
