If it was me making this deck, I would make it USA colors. To me it would help you play more burn spells quickly and at a cheaper cost. Turn 1 scry, turn 2 {goblin electromancer} turn 3 fire dancer + a burn spell seems nice to me. Then go into turn 4 {warleader's helix} + another {lightning strike} or {magma jet} seems pretty alright to me

Hey sorry I got back to ya late, looking at the deck I definately see where you want to go with this. Now while looking at this I see a couple things I would chance.

For the sideboard: drop the gorgons head and toil & trouble, I completely see the combos of the gorgons head with the saytr and reckoner, but playing that is to slow and allows your opponent a chance to gain advantage on you. Then as far as toil and trouble the mana to me seems to intensive for what you gain out of it. Replacements I would do are -1 {gorgon's head} -1 {revoke existence} -2 toil//trouble.  And then replace with +2 {duress} and +2 {rakdos's return}

As far as main board I can't really argue against anything I play anger of the gods because pack rat... But other than that give those cards a shot!
