I love this, how have you find it in testing?

In testing, things could have gone better with my land drops, but I'm sure a bit of tweaking could fix that issue.

20 lands may not be enough to be able to consistently leave mana open for the fog effects. You should run more. You should also look into running {prophet of kruphix}. It helps you double mill.

I'm also not sure Gary is going to be as useful to you as you're wanting it to be. I'd swap Gary for  {Nightveil Specter}. He comes out quicker, gives better devotion to phenax and has a great ability that can give you more land (which you need at least 3 more of) and additional cards to play.

I second  {Prophet of Kruphix} as a way to double mana dropping and milling.

 {Jace, Memory Adept} would play well here, an extra card a turn of needed, or insta kill with the guildmage and 6 mana. (Jace's second ability)

I don't see a good back up win con if phenax doesnt happen to hit the table... It needs something.. Maybe an AEtherling or 2 if all else fails
