The 8th edition says to "draw your card for the turn first", so you would draw that card, then shuffle away your entire hand and have no hand for the rest of the turn.

But it's at the beginning of your draw step (errata) so that would imply that it happens before your draw...

You draw as soon as you receive priority in the draw step, before the trigger is on the stack.
