Opening ceremony Russian Winter Olympics

Just saw the beginning of the opening, and there were five props that looked like suns.  Then they opened up into the Olympics symbol.  Except one of them didn't work, and I immeadietly thought, "well, someone is going to jail."

The Sochi Olympics are practically a joke. None of the hotels or courses were built on time, and considering the amount of graft in the process, I'm surprised anything got built at all.
